Posted at 07:43h, 09 JuneOk, this is not as scary as I was anticipating, although, I know when I get into the gym, my heart will start pounding faster, my palms will get sweaty, my pupils will dilate and I will feel slightly sick in my stomach as the butterflies fly around warning me of the impending danger…..:)
