    Hi everyone (please excuse the plug but it is a worthy cause),
    Our Lady’s College (my school and Jims old school) needs your help. We competed in the “Bring It On” dance competition over the weekend. We didn’t get into the finals but we were sooo close! There is still the wild card entry which is where you come in. Can you please go onto facebook and search for “Vote Our Lady’s College iinto the grand finals” and click LIKE on that page? The most LIKES from all the remaining schools will get the wild card. We have 1200 votes already (which is 3x the number of students in our school) but are still 400 votes behind so please help us out and get your mates on to it too 🙂 Thanks so much! steph

    Hey Jim,
    I’m still fighting this cold off and with the new place opening, can’t afford to let it get a hold – hence the no show. Hopefully I’ll get along this week – I’m a bit annoyed – as soon as I start to build momentum something comes along and gets in the way. Perhaps I should retire and just attend CrossFit sessions, drink coffee, eat large pieces of Paleo-approved meat and rest in between exertions. Nice.

    Hi Flashman,
    See you when the cold’s worn off, the wrist feels better, the shoulder doesn’t ache, your collarbone improves, your forearm returns to normal, the RSI in the thumb alleviates, your hammies aren’t screaming, the quads regain their range of movement, the back isn’t flaring up, the neck stops spasming, your achilles is at full strength and your cuticles aren’t splitting. Tomorrow then?
