        I actually ran the full 400m each time today hooray!! (well still more of a shuffle but getting there)

          Steph, you’re a legend. When I started at Christmas, I couldn’t run back from a 200m run and I did all I could to avoid the 400m runs, so I think you should be boasting more loudly of your achievements!

    You not only got there Steph, more importantly, you got back as well. You’re doing great and the fact that you were there at 6am on a public holiday is not lost on me either.

      Not quite RXD from me. I rode 1km on the stationary bike instead of the 400m run because I had an ouchy with my right shin.

    and just for my records, mine was 2 rounds + row + ride + DUs + 18 step ups (all DUs at 30xreps)
