    I think Megan and the boys tire flip should be mentioned at the end of yesterdays wod. Awesome work Megan. U were the only girl there to flip that 160?kg tire! That’s wicked! You go girl!

    Its nice to have Rxd next to my name for last night and for the pain Im in I wish I had done, but I didn’t actually do Rxd lol (didn’t run around volleyball courts)
