– This workout was written to celebrate Maaike and Shoshannah’s wedding which occurred on June 11, 2022. The original idea was to complete it on the Monday prior to the wedding but life had other plans for them, so, better late than never.

11 Box Jumps (24/20”)
11 KB Swings (24/16kg)
Couplet 2
11 Dips
11 KB Drags (24/16kg)
Couplet 3
11 Situps
11 Goblet Squats (24/16kg)
+ 2000m Row (for time)
– While Partner A completes Couplet 1, Partner B is rowing. While Partner B completes Couplet 2, Partner A is rowing etc. Continue alternating couplets for 22 minutes and stop rowing once 2000m has been completed.
