    Dear Calf Muscle,
    I understand that you and I have not been on the best of terms over the last 2 months. However I really felt that our relationship took a turn for the better on Saturday when you allowed me to do my first rxd WOD that included box jumps. I know that I have paid the price this week with you being a little tempermental but I would like to draw your attention to the WOD today. Would you mind so much if I could go rxd again today? I promise I will be good to you in return giving you lots of attention and rolling and stretching when I’m done.
    So what do you say? Do we have a deal?

While I have enjoyed being the dictator for the rest of the body lately, I do agree that it is probably time for the heart and strong mind to resume their roles in helping you achieve their goals.
