The first Open workout will be announced at 5pm Wednesday, California time. This means we won’t know what it is until about 10 or 11am Thursday morning. 24hrs to go.
We will offer each new workout to members during the Open Gym time on Friday afternoons – sessions to run at 4pm and 5pm – and it will be the workout every Saturday morning for the duration of the Open Games (5 weeks).
We currently have 12 members registered to compete. “It doesn’t have to be fun to be fun.”
Yeah, you want to generally be hovering around Rx level. If last year is anything to go by there’s usually some element of the workout that is accessible to most entrants, but no guarantees, and they ramp it up as it goes along.
