    Trying not to be depressed by my pull-ups (if that’s what you could call them) this morning, I looked up my first “Fran” – 11.53 with 10kg and blue band. Cheered me up a bit. Thanks for scheduling such good WODs to keep us motivated, Jim and April.

        Thanks Jo. Nearly didn’t do it as didn’t want to disappoint myself with a worse time than last but managed to take 1min 34sec off from when I did it in Feb, when I did my course 🙂 You did great too!!!! Stronger and faster and that’s all that matters 🙂
