Class timetable Dec 14th-16th.
Wednesday 14th –  5.30am, 6am, 9.30am
Thursday 15th –  5.30am, 6am, 6pm
Friday 16th –  5.30am, 6am, 9.30am
5 rounds for time:
Round 1: 100 Double Unders, 5 second L-sit
Round 2: 80 Double Unders, 10 second L-sit
Round 3: 60 Double Unders, 15 second L-sit
Round 4: 40 Double Unders, 20 second L-sit
Round 5: 20 Double Unders, 25 second L-sit
Use as many attempts as necessary to accumulate the required time for the L-sits. There is no rest between rounds.

    So is the 100/80/60/40/20 one round ??

      No, each new line as printed is a round. 5 lines of text = 5rounds in this case. (NB: I have altered the original post in response to this question.)

      meant sub situps for pullups. Also, 3 rounds of pushups done with Jie Li on my back and 2 rounds of squats holding him and throwing him in the air. He thought mommy working out was very funny!!!
