Posted at 13:56h, 14 March“Rxd” is probably a more common abbreviation, but it is simply shorthand for “Recommended”. You’ll often see people in the U.S. post their scores followed by “as Rx’d”. So if you have done the workout exactly as written using the prescribed weights and movements then you have performed an Rx effort. If you scale up by going heavier or further etc. then I indicate that with a + sign after it.
