      Hooraaah on the planking Jess!!!! I wanted to come in and do it again 🙂 Long way off 1hr20mins though!** I’m always amazed by what people can do when they set a task & work hard at it (I’ll bet the threat of being thrown off a navy boat into the cold Atlantic sea helps!!)

          “Rxd” is probably a more common abbreviation, but it is simply shorthand for “Recommended”. You’ll often see people in the U.S. post their scores followed by “as Rx’d”. So if you have done the workout exactly as written using the prescribed weights and movements then you have performed an Rx effort. If you scale up by going heavier or further etc. then I indicate that with a + sign after it.
