    Yesterday I did (20 situps + 20 back extensions) x 10, so a total of 200 situps and back extensions.
    This morning I … tried … to do a pushup and my arms just did not work (??), and then i did 3 x 1min plank (with the middle one only being 40 seconds), and the 4 x 25 situps and back extensions, and then the remaining 20 seconds on the middle plank. That took about 23:39 minutes. But I didn’t do it for time, and there were intentional 1 min breaks between sets.

      I hope you get better soon. It’s so frustrating sitting on the bench. Take care of yourself so that you can come back strong! Try garlic and horse radish tablets from pharmacy.
