    I’m going to b happy and excited about this workout! Actually, realll looking forward to the turkish getup. ….as for the row, I will blitz it in and do Elizabeth tonight also πŸ˜‰

    Oh noes, i missed lots of rowing… I did this instead:
    20 pushup
    30 situps
    40 backext
    50 squats
    3 for timeΒ 
    3 min rest between
    9:23; 10:01; 9:57

        Thanks Jess. A new PB for me. Couldn’t have done it without Jim’s encouragement and talking me through it. I tried to do a happy dance when I could actually get off the rower but had no energy… it was totally lame!! Man, you would have laughed at me. πŸ™‚
