    Thanks Jim, April and everyone at CFK, you have really made Clay and I feel welcome. Thanks for having me for the month, I have really enjoyed it. I’ll be representing CFB & CFK at the Hardn’up Challenge, look forward to seeing you guys there! Look after Clay for me, by that I mean push him to the ‘pukie’ stage, he he :o) Thanks again, Netty

      Hi Jim, I would like to think that I could do ‘Claudia’ that fast…but mine was more like, 19:21. It was good to be under 15 minutes, while it lasted.

    Hi Jim I wish I could do 16kg (one day………..)I only did 6kg kettlebell and that wrecked me enough!
