Death by Pullups
Complete 1 Pullup in the first minute, 2 Pullups in the second minute, 3 Pullups in the third minute and so on until you cannot complete the required number of reps.
Complete as many reps of Pullups as possible in 20 mins:
400m Run
Max Rep Pullups

      Yeah jim! Don’t forget your own awesome efforts! Well done. And thanks for the encouragement to do the 30 straight squats as a finisher! I can’t make it in tomorrow but to tell u the truth, it doesn’t pain me too much with the way my legs will b feeling tomorrow and the day after! C u back in the box thursday 🙂 have fun with front squats everyone! Hehe
