Posted at 15:28h, 06 DecemberOk so I took option A. (even though burpees are not my friend), and managed to struggle through in 37:14. I found the second set of burpees the hardest as my 7 month old son was finding it hilarious everytime I jumped, which in turn had me totally laughing on the way down for the next rep. All in all not a bad effort but I really need to work on the double unders. Top workout Jim, will see you guys in the box soon 🙂
