          Thanks Sarah, it didn’t feel that solid especially the last set of burpee’s!!!! dislike the burpee immensley 🙂 probably just means i have to do more of the suckers!

    Ok so I took option A. (even though burpees are not my friend), and managed to struggle through in 37:14. I found the second set of burpees the hardest as my 7 month old son was finding it hilarious everytime I jumped, which in turn had me totally laughing on the way down for the next rep. All in all not a bad effort but I really need to work on the double unders. Top workout Jim, will see you guys in the box soon 🙂

    Jo (option A): 27:26 rxd (non-regulation skipping & burpee surface – my front yard). My dogs got some amusement at me coming in my front fence every 5 mins or so 🙂
    Tough wod – those burpees suck!

    Great workout, despite all 3 things being some of the toughest ones I find! However I now feel like I could do it again. Must have been that recovery bar! Thanks for the encouragement everyone and great to meet some new faces there tonight!!
