CrossFit Brisbane have announced the dates and event outline for this year’s Hard’nup Challenge. This is going to be a massive event. We will be encouraging you to get involved in this at some level – Individual competitor, Team Competitor, Supporter, Spectator. For those of you that have not yet experienced CrossFit at the organized competition level the Hard’nup Challenge will be a great way to find out what it’s all about, and incredibly motivating.
The set of 10 reps begins with the bar, then increment each set accordingly to attempt to hit your max load by the final single rep.
