I’m MIA atm because I’m on tour with my friends the Mayapuris.
Last gig (for me) is this Friday in Byron, then I’ll recuperate in the weekend and be back next week. I’ve been following the WOD on the website and trying to do as much of it as I can, but I’ve fallen off the Paleo wagon (or is it a sled?) a few times with Rockstar energy drinks (“you are what you drink!”). Not very primal, but then again, neither are late nights and roadying gear up and down stairs!
