*EASTER WEEKEND – Slight change to the previously announced schedule. Friday 8.30am – CrossFit class available to all members. It would be great if you can hang around afterwards and cheer on the registered athletes who will be throwing down in the last workout for the 2016 Open. There’ll be time after your workout to head out for a coffee and relax before the workouts begin. Apples on Ainsworth will be open. 10.00am – Open 16.5 announcement and workout. As soon after the announcement as we can arrange it we will be running heats for the registered athletes. Please make every effort to be at the gym from 10.30am at the latest. Saturday – Gym closed. Monday – Gym closed. Tuesday – Back to regular classes and the last opportunity for registered athletes to get 16.5 done. All scores must be submitted before 10am.
