    Check out http://www.bodyshopcrossfit.com to see a pic of me training there today. We did an awesome workout that I would highly recommend you do on Saturday, if you have not already got one planned…. It was so much fun. It is called the 12 days of Christmas and looks like this;
    1 burpee
    2 turkish get ups
    3 push press
    4 box jumps
    5 push ups
    6 air squats
    7 sit ups
    8 wall ball
    9 double unders
    10 kettle bell swings
    11 pull ups
    12 thrusters
    it goes just like the song. Do 1 then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1 etc until you reach the end.
    Jess 23:03rxd (with an accidental additional 12 thrusters)
    Have fun with it if you decide to do it!! You can change it up if you prefer. Standard recommended weight is used. 🙂

        That’s so great Jess. That’s one of the 101 reasons why I love Crossfit, you can just fit in anywhere and chances are the crossfitters will be friendly and fun, as that seems to be the people addicted to it. Keep crossfit-canada-ing-it!
