You have 10 sets to find your max load for 1 Press, 2 Push Presses and 3 Push or Split Jerks without racking or dumping the bar during the set. Your first set starts with an unloaded bar.
5 Rope Climbs – If you are competent with the foot lock technique challenge yourself to work on L-sit rope holds/climbs.
10 Jump Through Tyre Flips – Buddy up if required
15 Wall Climb Handstand Pushups – Scale appropriately, hit good standards every rep.
