Press – Push Press – Push/Split Jerk
10 x (1 – 2 – 3)
You have 10 sets to find your max load for 1 Press, 2 Push Presses and 3 Push or Split Jerks without racking or dumping the bar during the set. Your first set starts with an unloaded bar.
Also complete:
5 Rope Climbs – If you are competent with the foot lock technique challenge yourself to work on L-sit rope holds/climbs.
10 Jump Through Tyre Flips – Buddy up if required
15 Wall Climb Handstand Pushups – Scale appropriately, hit good standards every rep.

    I am so envious of these people having the ability (balls) to fly throught air!! My gosh, what I wouldn’t do to do that. My question is, how did they get to that level??? Wow!!!!

      Wow exactly – the graceful art of letting go!!! Love the dirt bike air & the jump into that cave looks so beautiful. Oh, to have wings!

        The first thing you’ll need to do is put 5 more kgs on the bar and do three more thrusters, then you are going to hit a C2B pull up and dazzle the adoring masses.
