Oh my God. I have not had muscle soreness this bad in a looooonnnng time! My poor quads!!!! Why do I have to live on a second story and have an upstair office! Getting down is just a little bit of a problem! No way I can do tonights WOD!
Doing yesterdays WOD was a BIG mistage. 20 wall ball squats for warm up plus the 50 odd front squats at 9.30am after doing 360 airsquats at 6pm the previous night… Why not do about 500 squats in less than 24hrs! I think we all should do it routinely! (Sarcasm there if you can’t tell.)
I had to give a 1hr seminar on my research to the School of Biomedical Sciences today and boy did I want to sit down! It’s 7pm and I’m still at work because I can’t face walking down the stairs and to the bus stop on the oposite side of campus. Someone come rescue me!!!

Tonight was painful!
I spent 30 mins on the roller last night. My advice to u is to roll it out, no matter how much it hurts! C u soon back in the box for more pain/fun 🙂
Well at least you will have amazing strength in those legs, hips etc….once the pain subsides that is!!!! Well done though 360(all the points of the compass) 🙂
