CrossFit Brisbane has announced the details of the Hard’nup Challenge. We will be entering at least two teams, maybe more depending on interest. These nominations will fill up quickly, so if you’re considering entering the teams event do not delay registering your interest on the board down at the gym.

These guys are truly phenomenal. “Hannibal for King” is one of the best videos around for this stuff. Incredible. I’d love to see elite level gymnasts and Circus performers like Dominic LaCasse have a go and see what they’re capable of.
