CrossFit Brisbane has announced the details of the Hard’nup Challenge. We will be entering at least two teams, maybe more depending on interest.  These nominations will fill up quickly, so if you’re considering entering the teams event do not delay registering your interest on the board down at the gym.
Complete as many reps of Pullups as possible in 20 mins:
400m Run
Max Rep Pullups

      The big sissy has to wear gloves.
      These guys are truly phenomenal. “Hannibal for King” is one of the best videos around for this stuff. Incredible. I’d love to see elite level gymnasts and Circus performers like Dominic LaCasse have a go and see what they’re capable of.

    Some great results today in the gym. Please look after your shoulders/pecs and biceps after this one with some TLC on the trigger point balls and rollers as needed.
    A special mention to Pip for setting a fabulous benchmark for the girls. Well done!
