Weightlifting technique – 7.30am
HIIT – 6pm



AMRAP in 20 minutes:
400m Run
Max Pull-Ups


– If you can do more than 10 continuous Kipping Pull-Ups then do C2B or Strict Pull-Ups for this workout. If you fall short of 10 reps in any round then revert to the easier option to get at least 10.


– If you don’t have a running option sub on alternate rounds:
1) 40 Butt Kickers, 40 High Knees + Max Pull-Ups
2) 40 Box Jumps + Max Pull-Ups
