Today’s workout is the Hero WOD “Wood”. If you choose to donate to the Commando Welfare Trust you can bring your donation (suggested $20) to the gym and we will donate the money on your behalf, or you can donate directly here.
While donation to the Trust is optional we encourage you to support this worthy cause. All members are welcome to participate in the workout as per normal.

Posted at 18:57h, 08 DecemberThat was a hard WOD. What I do love however is that by the end of round 1 I decided to do just 3 rounds… then I got to round 3 and said oh f@#$% it and did all 5. Yay burpees!
