Posted at 14:40h, 07 JulyI am now so angry with myself for not doing that last rope climb!!! Did 2 today though, so a pb for me. should have done that last one though. Those attempts were just not good enough!! When i got home and had bacon and eggs, i felt ready to do it again. I have some nice bruises from the 2 i did though 🙂

Posted at 10:37h, 07 JulyJimmy, I doubt I’ll be able to make it at 5pm but have to leave by 6.30. Any chance I can do a 5.30-6.30 session? Maybe do the finisher first with the 5pm crew and the squats next with the 6pm crew? Let me know if it’s not a good idea.
