    Hi there
    For those of you who agreed to 6:45am start on Sat, I will be there.
    Also, for those of you wanting to go another 30 days paleo: new rules apply. There will be no rewards this time, only burpee punishments for indiscretions. I suggest 25 burpees every point lost and a 5km run every time you have a big blow out!
    Be sure to keep your measurements for your own benefit/interest and encouragement.
    The winner and runner up for the recent 30 day paleo challenge is sorted. Announcements will be made on th 26th Nov at the WOD/BBQ morning.
    Also, I need RSVP’s on people who will come along to a TEAM WOD event and a BBQ on the morning of 26th Nov. I am planning a fun start and need to know who’s in.

      Hey April. I am in on both accounts but only I’m going paleo starting tomorrow. I’m cool with the run but is it ok if we discuss the 5k run options for me (in terms of run v walk). Looking forward to the 26th

    I am definitely in for the team wod event and bbq. I will also continue on with the paleo, but I am going to allow myself a ‘1 day a week, no pressure’. Seeing as I lost hardly ANY weight or measurements, it’s not really that encouraging for me….LOL!! But I felt darn good, so that is my incentive and motivation 🙂 Great work Dave and Tim!!

    I won’t be able to make it on the 26th 🙁 I look forward to seeing all the ridiculous photos & funny stories!!!:)
    I will continue the paleo challenge too April. I have however stepped off my Paleo wagon & into a Citroen (2!! croissants & a decadent dollop of “St Dalfour Rhapsodie de Fruits” Jam!! YUM)
    This will be a great opportunity to enjoy some running – 5k + burpees for the jam :0

    April – I’m in for the team WOD, and Son and the Cliffster will most likely be there for the BBQ as well. Let me know if I can help with the BBQ with whatever (shade, chairs, esky etc)
