Was a great day at Ipswich, CrossFit Wiser One Competition, today. Fun to watch the competitors and to see the support crew from CFK come along and cheer from the sidelines.
Well done to everyone competing and thanks to those of you who came out to give your support.
It was a great day today. A big thank you to everyone who came to watch, give their support, helped in set up and pack down, shared food and helped looked after my little man who was loudly cheering for all the competitors also. A huge congrats to Ax for making his first final!!!! And Jimmy and Pip for bringing home second places! Also, to everyone who competed, either for their first time or not. Great fun! Bring on the opens!!! 🙂
