    Hi all
    Hope you are enjoying this magnificent weekend?
    Time for another healthy habits challenge leading up to chrissy?
    My proposal is the 30 days of November. I will email all the info to anyone interested in participating. This is not a strict Paleo challenge but definitely one that encourages positive choices and restricts the intake of sugar, wheat, alcohol and processed foods. I am happy to run a seminar on how to make sure you are eating enough and getting the energy you require to feel good (and not hungry) for the duration of the challenge AND BEYOND! Please indicate via this comments page or by email to us if you are keen to participate.

      haha! Funny you should mention it. I think my body is going to need a detox after this month of having a diet of chocolate, alcohol and stress!! Im in 🙂
      P.S. I’m so sore from Angie….is anyone else?? 😛

    I’m definitely keen to give this a go!
    Although, I must be realistic – Melbourne cup is coming up and I have big plans for that day.

    I’m definitely in!
    I’m still not physically ready to train again but I’d love a way to stay connected and focussed.
    Hopefully by November I’ll FINALLY be back…
