So glad I was able to pop down to Wodstock and watch the CFK team yesterday. I was only able to see 1 of the WODs but was extremely proud when our team stormed into the lead straight away and ended up completing more rounds than all the other teams in their heat.
Well done guys!

  I only made it for the last WOD, but it was great when the girls powered past April’s expected 10 rounds and ended up doing just shy of 18!
