Keep up the good work everyone! (Except you Robyn, Tim and David, I wouldn’t mind you loosing just 1 point….)
I did nothing of anything seriousness. Just stupid things: 1 teaspoon of milk, 1 marshmallow, 1 protein bar without doing a workout, it just added up in the end to a lot of points. No more stupidity….i have been shopping for ingredients now and have what I need.
