I was disappointed when the gym here at our Straddie hotel only had a selection of cardio machines, and then I walked around the corner and got very excited – a real gym!

    1) Death by dips (starting each minute with 5 squats and 2 str p-u)
    13 rnds
    2) OTM for 12 mins
    3 stair climbs, 10 du’s, 3 str p-u
    3) Not for time
    2km row, 30 pushups every 500m

    Don’t forget the weighted beach sprints. Rx = small child.

    Jimmy, you could have used that milk crate for box jumps. Death by 30cm box jumps next time please.
