4th Place – Jon Coy of CrossFit Brisbane
5th Place – Joel Bonnett of CrossFit Brisbane (He performed 10 C&J at 60kg to complete the workout having only set that weight as his 1RM recently. Super effort Joel.)

      Hey you forgot to mention my 100 situps lol! Plus I think that hoping should be included in your WOD’s its a great workout… 🙂 Great job today everyone it was such a great atmosphere, I love saturday mornings!
