      Hahah, you are so funny April. I TOTALLY understand. I would have done the same!! Good work everyone 🙂 It was so fun. I love Fran. Now I have a time to better next time….:) So proud of all you’s who did rxd and for those who pushed harder than last time!!

    Despite requesting this WOD (sorry guys!) I was not feeling strong this morning and watching Jess do it made me more doubtful of my performance! I am so glad I took the challenge though, even though it wiped me out and sent me to bed for a 20min power nap this afternoon! Thanks for the encouragement guys.

    Sorry to miss Fran – I too am a fan – A Fran Fan 🙂 However I was there for this morning’s mobility class and what a special session that was! Perfect prep for Fran and therefore serious shoulder mobilisation. Of course hips/pelvis were not ignored and received proper attention.
    A great session April. Thank you for such a carefully designed, challengingly presented and supportively managed workout.
    I’ve been feeling great all day.
