Posted at 20:43h, 23 SeptemberWhile it may feel to many of you that “Kelly” comes up a fair bit, we haven’t actually had a full tilt at this workout since we opened at Salisbury. Sonia, Steph and Liz decided to tackle her the day we went off to Noosa, but the rest of you did “Nicole” that day.
In fact we are very near the one year anniversary since “Kelly” was last performed at CFK in her full, gut-wrenching glory. Strap yourself in thrillseekers……

I don’t pretend to understand the vagaries of our digital companions, which reminds me of a joke on one of Christian’s shirts that I actually got:
