      Wish I could turn back time and re-do that WOD as that certainly wasn’t my best effort. Pretty disappointed in myself actually.

        Some days we just aren’t capable of our PR. Happens to everyone. Plus, 11:08 with a few obstacles along the way is a great job. No need to feel disappointed in yourself. Next time you will have fire in your belly!

    Great mobility wod Aps & trigger point refresher. Found knots the likes of I didn’t know poss. Great reminder of how they affect the whole movement chain! Def worth the 645 start. Keep it comin sista.
