Posted at 17:40h, 18 FebruaryEarly 1:40’s is generally a good time for women crossfitters on the rower. Obviously then if you can break into the 1:30’s you’d be right up there. CFB did 4 x 500m rows on Monday and the fastest female (and there were lots who tried) went 1:43. Alana Biggam, one of the elite athletes from the weekend went 1:46. Bear in mind she might have been a bit tired after competing the day before.
