      I just needed to verify the video evidence of that outstanding performance. We have been unable to slow the tape down enough to get clear vision of your movement so the judge’s decision is pending.

    500m row – 1.51….whats a good row time to aim for…?

      Early 1:40’s is generally a good time for women crossfitters on the rower. Obviously then if you can break into the 1:30’s you’d be right up there. CFB did 4 x 500m rows on Monday and the fastest female (and there were lots who tried) went 1:43. Alana Biggam, one of the elite athletes from the weekend went 1:46. Bear in mind she might have been a bit tired after competing the day before.

    Just finished first day of course. Fran wod 6:59, 2:10 mins better than last time i did fran. Whoop, whoop 🙂
