      Hey Sue, I had better stop dreaming & start doing!! (dream count 13 – reality check zero with lots of attempts & positive visualization) I also believe in the easter bunny & the muscle-up fairy.

      Hey guys,
      Lana was on fire this morning and got her 90 DUs in within time! She should have a score of 240 Rx. I was honoured to be her counter!!! Amazing effort team– what a wrap sheet this is =)

    Hello CrossFit Kingstars!
    I just wanted to congratulate ALL of you on your efforts this morning with “Karen” and the Games WOD 12.4
    You showed big hearts and determined minds in the journey to completion and (to prove it) jelly legs afterwards!
    Hope you all recover well this weekend. You could add a teaspoon of salt to some water today to rehydrate and don’t forget to eat well!
