ADDITION TO SATURDAY TIMETABLE:
6.45am – 7.30am MOBILITY in the gym (as before)
7.30am – 8.15am MOBILITY in the upstairs prep room (addition to the timetable)
7.30am – 8.30am CROSSFIT (as before)
8.30am – 9.30am CROSSFIT (as before)
In order to accommodate the second Mobility session it is necessary for the people arriving early for the 8.30am CrossFit class to remain outside until 8.15am. In time the mezzanine area will also be available for people to do light preparation for workouts, so this will provide a space for early arrivals which clash with classes programmed in the prep room. However this will not be until the balustrading and flooring are complete and it is still off limits at the moment.
