I have lunch and dinner plans as well as a few errands to run I think I will be a zombie by the end of the day. No, actually probably by the end of this workout !
The thing that impresses me about these comments is that none of you are concerned about having to lift 213.0 kgs above your head in the fundamentals class.

1. Thanks Megan for the encouragement on the final run in my half-Murph.
2. Awesome work Jess, Cam and Brendan doing a full Murph.
3. Ditto Paula. Despite hurting a whole lot, it was great to watch you still get out there and run that final mile.
4. Kingy,41min57sec is incredible.
5. Everyone else, we’ll catch these guys soon. Great work this morning.
Nice one april. You are my inspiration . Thank u jeff for all your conments. Congratulations everyone for amazing efforts and support (especially u Megan for me, couldn’t have done it without you) Jimmy, u r awesome and u too Brendan. Paula, whenever I train with u, I have the best workout. I think u are all amazing. Enjoy rest day. See u all next week. Good work everyone.
To all of our wonderful athletes and CrossFitters, today was a tough one physically and mentally and the efforts by all were commendable. We are so lucky to have such an awesome crew of members, who showed enormous support for one another to get through this, and individual resilience. Soppy soppy but true! Just for the record the push ups sucked and my legs were truly dysfunctional trying to run another 1.6km at the end. See you Monday for a lighter one. Have a brilliant Sunday.
