7am – Weightlifting ($5, included in CrossFit Plus and Development Squad), Barbell Free (CrossFit met con without barbells or heavy weights)

NB. For the public holiday on Wednesday there will be an Open Gym from 7 – 9am, with a coached workout beginning at 7am.

– Appropriate scaling options for members of all ability levels will be provided.
– The Barbell Free class at 7am will be a modified version of this workout.
