New class timetable for Saturdays
5.30 – 7.00am CrossFit + Weightlifting
– Weightlifting will begin at 6.20am.
– If you don’t want to stay for the Weightlifting you can leave after finishing the earlier workout. If you want to do the Weightlifting only you can turn up to be ready to go for 6.20am.
7.20 – 8.20am CrossFit (no Weightlifting)
8.40am CrossFit (regular adult class for the next three weeks)
– During the school term this will become the new time for CrossFit Kids (no adult class)
With a 30 minute time cap:
A)
Dumbbell “Holbrook”
10 rft:
5 Thrusters (2 x 20/15kg)
10 Pull-Ups
100m Sprint
1 min rest
B )
Rest 3 minutes, then EMOM:
2 Wall Walks
Wall Sit to 0:40
