    Hi to all
    Regarding the “Healthy Habits” Challenge, there will be no penalty for late entries this week provided you all have you final scores and updates to me by May 2nd. The challenge ends on 30th April (at midnight and not before!).
    I will need final body weights and waist circumferences.
    You may want to measure on the scales at the gym if you used these ones at the start of the challenge.
    Good effort by the majority. Well done.
    Regarding this weeks additional classes for mobility/stability and weightlifting, please sign in on the calendar/sheet provided at the gym so we have numbers. If you are not likely to make it into the gym before the class you would like to take, please send me a quick email to let me know you are coming.

      Hey just to clarify. With the weight lifting, is it $50 plus what we normally pay each month, or is it $50 per month if you don’t go to the normal CK sessions?

        If you are a full member at $160/month then your additional classes will cost you, at most, a further $50 per calendar month, or a further $10 per session (capped at $50), regardless of whether you are accessing the Mobility/Stability or Weightlifting. If you are not a full member then the cost will be as per normal to attend these classes, ie. if you are on a ten session pass then each class you attend will be one less session on that pass, if you pay casually, then each class will cost you $20.
