Thanks to “Disco” Danny Mellor at CrossFit Noosa for the Prison WOD. We had a great time – it was almost worth parting with the bacon for the privilege.
Damn! I was excited that the photo would be the one of everyone normal and me flexing my guns! Hahah classic. Thanks to all of the noosa crew, I had a ball. Wish I could have been there for the morning workout, it sounded good! We won footy by 80 points though ao looking good for finals!

…But we’ll see you when you are ready. It took me about a month after Mum passed before I was ready to join in. You’ll get there.
