        Thats so good! You are making your muscle stronger…you will get further on your next set of pushups! You will notice the difference if you keep it up.

    Damn! I was excited that the photo would be the one of everyone normal and me flexing my guns! Hahah classic. Thanks to all of the noosa crew, I had a ball. Wish I could have been there for the morning workout, it sounded good! We won footy by 80 points though ao looking good for finals!

      It was a slow and easy (as in taking you time!) strength day – just what the doctor ordered for the sluggish. Missed you though. I was watching the door for you…
      …But we’ll see you when you are ready. It took me about a month after Mum passed before I was ready to join in. You’ll get there.
