    Also, everyone, including ALL the men, should come along to the 7:15 mobility class (assuming this is still on??) It is an awesome class which will only enhance your crossfit ability. It is a great way to stretch out those muscles and prepare them for later usage. Come along!!!

      DITTO!! re Sat mobility class. Concrete thighs from the thurs 200x squats were expertly coaxed thru warm up, mobilised & turned putty(ish)…much relief:-)) M Thx Bapple!

          They’re ok for standing still but they do make you walk funny….not to mention going down stairs!!

    oooo I am looking forward to this one this arvo. I hope I am able to do it 🙂 ps I have learned my lesson about sleeping in and choosing to go to the arvo session. I was stuck in the ipswich motorway for over an hour today and late to school… bummer! Back to mornings for me.

          Good work Sonia. I think this was harder than 150 burpees….next time I’ll suggest 200 and see what you come up with!
