Due to the recent numbers in classes on Saturday we are cutting the 6.30am CrossFit class so the timetable will now be as follows:
7.30am – MOBILITY
7.30am – CROSSFIT
8.30am – CROSSFIT
9.30am – SKILLS
6.15pm – MOBILITY
With a 25 minute time cap:
Buy in
800m Row
1000m Run
5 Power Cleans (60/40kg) (^80/55kg)
10 Pushups (^Ring Dips)
30 Double Unders (^Unbroken)
Score = Total reps

    Oh no!! No 6.30am…. Will this be reintroduced when it warms up a little and numbers return???

    Yes Sarah, it will return as soon as we feel the numbers in the classes justify the extra session.
