PUBLIC HOLIDAY – Open Gym 4-6pm. No other classes.
At home or in the park:
For time.
Beginning each minute with 5 Burpees complete:
50 Pushups
50 Hollow Rocks
50 Lunges
50 SDHP (Use a backpack filled with heavy stuff if you don’t have weights)

Open Gym Option
3 rounds for time:
10 Med Ball Cleans
20 Wall ball
30 Jumping Pullups
40 Double Unders
