– 15 minutes to build to a heavy touch’n’go triple

 

B )

For time:

45 Cleans*

– squat or power

 

*EMOM (10 minute time cap)

 

30 Double Unders

then AMRAP Power Cleans

1 – 25/15kg

2 – 45/30kg

3 – 60/42.5kg

4 – 75/50kg
