    Hi everyone
    Just to clarify a little more that the mobility/stability class on handstand push ups will focus on working exercises that improve your shoulder mobility and then exercises that improve shoulder control at end of range and core stability…..the idea being to help you achieve a better handstand and therefore handstand push up! So never fear, the class will not be the same as the one performed inside the CrossFit Class. Hope to see you there.

    Crossfit Schwartz:
    WOD 1 = death by thrusters
    13 + 10 at 30 kg (96 thrusters total)
    WOD 2 = 4 rft – 20 back squat (20 kg) + 50 double unders (8:33)
    Finisher = 100 hollow rocks
