      I lost two points yesterday in the Paleo challenge at a friend’s house – it was a prior lunch engagement that I couldn’t get out of, and they’d made a vegetarian lasagne and a trifle especially for it.
      This morning’s 50 Burpee pull-ups took care of the carb overload, that’s for sure.
      Jim said: “Find someone about your own size to pair up with for the back squats”. I thought “Christian looks about the same height as me” – next time I’ll look for someone who’s not just the same height, but has the same amount of muscle mass!
      Just kidding, it was great to go big!

    Hi everyone. I am performing at a “Reclaim The Mic” night this Friday night at QUT Kelvin Grove. I would love for you to come along and be among the first to hear the soon to be new hit (and I’m sure Tony Award Winning) song “The Extra” from the up and coming musical “Fame Factory” (not that the script or really any other songs have been written yet.. but they will be).
