Posted at 15:58h, 03 OctoberI lost two points yesterday in the Paleo challenge at a friend’s house – it was a prior lunch engagement that I couldn’t get out of, and they’d made a vegetarian lasagne and a trifle especially for it.
This morning’s 50 Burpee pull-ups took care of the carb overload, that’s for sure.
Jim said: “Find someone about your own size to pair up with for the back squats”. I thought “Christian looks about the same height as me” – next time I’ll look for someone who’s not just the same height, but has the same amount of muscle mass!
Just kidding, it was great to go big!
