About Skills

This specialised class is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of any of the movements that comprise CrossFit workouts.  These may include gymnastics skills, body weight exercises, olympic lifting drills and more.  The aim is to improve your understanding, body awareness, strength, confidence and co-ordination.  This class is currently offered once a week.

Important Information

Skills class is included in all CrossFit membership types, otherwise you may opt to pay as you go for a drop in class or buy a 10 pack to use across any of our classes.

Skills class is currently run by coach Brendan. Across participants you will find a range of ability from beginners to more advanced CrossFitters.  Our coaches do our best to accommodate these variances by demonstrating a range of scaleable options as needed.
